Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
BtW median time: 45:57

First run was around 6 and a bit, last run around 8:00. I’ll take that.
The Cindy part was slower than I’d hoped, and the push-ups, as usual for me, got ugly.
BTW – My time is in the 88th percentile on BtW.
But Dan B.–I hope he doesn’t mind me posting this–is in the–woah–98th percentile with his time of 28:28.
Nice!
39:15
This was ugly. The wind took a toll on my runs. But they were cake, for some reason, compared to the latter end of all the basic movements.
49:00 – I think it actually was 48:?? but I did this last week and I don’t have my log with me. This was my first time doing murph, it stunk, and I stunk after doing this. I used the bands for the pull ups, and ran on the soccer field. It feels good to say I did it, but maybe this can be a semi annual workout. 😛
You’re running!!
49 minutes is definitely a respectable time on Murph!
