Such a good workout. Just when I thought I was maintaining pace, I would need to sprint to keep up with the splits. A great running WOD for determining a more unique distance.
I did this with Laskey. I feel like this was an excellent workout for determining what my endurance pace is. It needs to improve, but this workout helped to me identify what it definitely is. Now I can attack it in more intelligent ways. 🙂
