I love the weightlifting workouts!
Loved the endurance running! First workout back since being quarantined and sick so the burpee/squat jumps/ kettlebells took it out of me more than usual, but it was a great workout. Friday I did the weight training workout with back-squats and deadlifts. Hopefully working my way back up to a new PR soon.
The workouts are a bit repetitive, but it is good to find out my limits and slowly make progress in these exercises.
Loving the progress! I actually like running now 🙂
