: w/ a partner, 20 min AMRAP:
800m run together
50 PVC overhead squats
*Alternate on squats as needed.  Partner A must hold plank while partner B squats.

Finish with 200 m farmers carry (53/35)

Wednesday
WOD:
EMOM (with a Partner) in 20 minutes
5 Thrusters (95/65 lb)
5 Burpees
*Partner A has one minute to finish the reps. Whatever time is left in the minute is rest time. While Partner A completes the reps, Partner B is hanging from a pull-up bar. Switch every minute.

Finish with 3 sets of hollow hold for time
