This was a part of my “active rest” day yesterday. I’ve never rowed more than fifty calories at one time, so I dreaded this. This was a mental challenge going in, but I’m SO glad I did it. Shew, I’m past that hurdle now. 🙂
I kept a steady pace, focusing on the strength in my pull. Not for time, but I logged my time anyway, for future reference.
