This workout, when moving continuously through the elements, will wind you. I went hard and found myself panting through the toes-to-bar reps. The weight, albeit light in the thrusters, felt heavier. Not sure if that was the late evening before, or the combination of movements. There’s a great correlation between rest and performance. 🙂 Great WOD, nonetheless, from CF mainsite.
