I really enjoyed the mental challenge for this one. I did it in about 13 minutes (that is minus the rest time), so 27 minutes all up.
This workout went much faster I would expect. It took me approx. 29 minutes in all but time seemed to go pretty quickly. I really enjoyed the workout. Though it was challenging, I enjoyed the sense of accomplishment upon completion.
