I was really disappointed with my time. I felt weak today and the GHDs made me dizzy. I think it’s because my schedule this semester doesn’t take into account the fact that I need to eat so I haven’t been able to eat on a regular schedule.

Stayed moving throughout … found the ghds a bit taxing toward the end.

Grandly disappointed in my time; the rounds felt a little sluggish, primarily due to the box jumps.
I always get a little antsy with box jumps after my debacle about a year ago. (I have the mental AND physical scars to justify the hesitation.) 🙂

There’s no excuse for that time. . . It will improve. I did box step ups, used 1 pood and did GHD’s.
