Wow. I completed this WOD after doing the OMOB lifts (bench press AND shoulder press) and the EMOM 10 minutes of both of the lifts.
I used the women’s rx’d weight (65#) for the thrusters. The last set of pullups really slowed me down on this one. The runs were, by far, the “rest” part of this WOD. Thanks for posting this one; I was gassed at the finish.
The OMOB author really discourages doing more than one lift per day. If you do that, he says, skip the EMOM for one of the lifts.
