Being only the second workout since travel and sickness, this one appeared challenging, yet manageable. I scaled the squats back to keep it challenging, yet doable, especially because I anticipated the rounds of air squats in those sets would make the heavy squats even heavier. I was right. 🙂 The pushups felt hard today, but it’s good to get back into it all.
This was a simple and effective workout at taxing my engine. Good times.
