Awesome WOD. I’d done an EMOM 10 with power cleans the day before but needed some power snatch work, so I did that instead. The WOD was lovely. ? There’s nothing I love more than functional gritty work. Since we don’t have dballs, I used one of the top-load military duffles filled with ten-pound sandbags. I shifted all the weight to the bottom, balled it up, and had a decent (but awkward) dball sub.
