3 rounds for time:
400m run or 500m row (your choice)
21 kettlebell swings
12 pull-ups or push-ups (your choice)
FYI: Doing the runs and pull-ups makes this the workout the benchmark “Helen.” (Mr. H’s PR: 8:19)

It took me 14:30 to finish 3 rounds of 500m row, 21 kettlebell swings, and 12 push-ups. The last round was hard to push through, but I made it. It helped doing the workout outside and getting lots of fresh air.
This was a fun work up. I did is in 13.30.
I did the workout in exactly 14 minutes. I really enjoyed it! I’m really glad we’re expanding our skills and can incorporate different things into our workouts!
I went 13:14 with pull-ups and the green band kettlebell. I have no idea how Mr. Hiliker got his time down in to the eight minutes, but congrats. This one without a doubt kicked my butt. I was aiming for about 10 minutes, but things happen. Until next time.. Helen.
This was a quick workout! My time was 12 min and 22 secs.
I finished in 9:43. I did the push ups versus pull ups so I could do my workout outside! 🙂
My time was 12 mins and 23 secs
I did this in 12:27 and really loved! I rowed the first round and ran the others because the rowing machines were being used. The kettle bell swings got surprisingly hard!
