11 I did this!
Finished five rounds! I can alread feel it in my legs haha. Great job guys– Freshies represent 🙂
This workout was great! I think I only finished four rounds. Next time I’m going to strive to complete all five rounds under 15 min.
This was a really great workout! Many squats in a row by themselves can be challenging but even more so with extra weight. I was able to finish four rounds by the end of the 15 minutes.
Shoulder press 5RM: 130
3 rounds: 50 back extensions
I completed three full rounds. I finished right on time.
I did three rounds. I lost time on the squats since I did it at too high of a weight. I want to try and get it all done in coming weeks and months.
Did 3 and a half round. I want more!
Ask and you shall receive!
Stay hungry my friend.
Completed four rounds. I felt confident about being able to finish all five, but I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised. Two months from working out probably wasn’t the best prep for starting the year off strong. It’ll come though and soon everybody is going to start to see some real results. That’ll be a great day. Looking forward to continue conquering (or attempting to conquer) these workouts with my fellow class. There are strength in numbers, and we certainly have the numbers.
Work hard!
Way to build morale, Brett!
WOD: AMRAP in 15 minutes: Run 400m, 15 front squats (95/[55])
I was able to complete 3 1/2 rounds of this.
Wow, I can feel it in my legs today! Walking up a slight incline feels like a workout. I am excited to do more workouts like this–I feel accomplished.
I got 11:10 on the extra WOD…it wasn’t too bad but it was definitely painful from yesterday’s workout!
Great workout on the legs. Can’t wait to see what I could lift.
I actually had a really hard time with this workout. I liked the running but I had a hard time with the front squats. Big thanks to Mr. Hilliker and Mr. Burns for helping me out!
The workout was very intense. I need to work on my running speed and more weights on front squats.
I still need to work on my front squats. This workout really worked my legs! I finished 3 full rounds 🙂
This was a really intense workout, but great! I found the front squats really difficult!
