Our family did this one last night. The boys scaled it back to 20 calories, 20 pushups, lighter weight on the lunges, and 2 rope climbs per round. The timer crashed, but it took us in the 30-35 minute range. We’ve been doing calorie rows the past few weeks, but this was a higher number on that, and it felt LONG. There was a lot of pulling in this one, so the rope climbs got hard at about the tenth climb. I found my rest period was during the front rack lunges, which I’ve grown to enjoy quite nicely.
Started and ended this with handstand walk practice. Good times.
