WOD: 6 rounds + 1 overhead squat Rx’d Runs and squats felt good; GHD sit-ups got really tough by the end of the 4th round.
5 rounds + 400m @ 45#
Grace – 30 clean and jerk, 135lb : 3:33, Rx’d (PR)
4 rds + 20 GHD sit ups, Rx’d.
