1. and 2. Doing 5 burpees every other floor – Noah won both.
3. Doing 1 burpee every floor – tie.
4. No burpees, just a foot race – this one, I was finally able to beat this 8 year old.
Great idea! I’ve been having Ezra do a few things with me recently. Hope this is the start to a lifelong habit of exercise for him.
