Shoulder press: 130-130-130(f5) – will go up, I think. Pretty stoked!
Back squat: 245-245-245 – will stay
Deadlift: 355 – felt great. Will go up.
I finished with a 1RM shoulder press – 140 (PR)

My goal was squat 225 before the Feast, pumped about that. I will get one more in before we leave.

Deadlift: 360(f4) – Wow.
