Back squat 5-5-5: 240-240-240. Felt good!
Bench press: 145 – 145(f3) – 135
Power clean: 165
Had some spotters on the back squat so that removed a mental block.
Back squat: 245-255-265. Stay at 265.
Press: 110-110-110 (f3). Better on presses will stay at 110 to knock out all 15 reps.
Deadlift: 265 (f3). Went down to 255 and did a set. Will try 265 again.
Can’t wait to hit the power cleans next time.
