Ow–this took longer than it should of because I started too heavy (I swapped OHS for deadlifts), and then my ab muscles were still very tight from a previous workout – wasn’t using a timer, just the clock so around 21-22 minutes.
Used a blue band on the dips-it is my goal to achieve this skill this year!
