4 RFT
400 meter run
25# dumbbell thruster, 25 reps

I scaled this back, as I warmed up with my deloading week of the Wendler Cycle and rope climbs. I modified it to 20 reps per round using 20# DB.

I did an untimed workout at the pool with the kiddos: 4 rounds: 50m swim 20 push-ups 20 squats Gotta start working on that swimming technique.
Pool workouts are my GRANDEST challenge. Way to go!
My neck needed a rest from any pulling exercises, so I chose a quick strength challenge and did some anterior neck mobility.
20-rep challenge, week one: 1×20 (60-65% 1 RM)
BACK SQUAT 135#
FRONT SQUAT 95# I don’t know my 1 RM front squat, so I chose a weight that challenged me at TWELVE reps. It was REALLY tough finishing TWENTY reps!
