Didn’t realize it until after but I was running a 260m loop. 6 rounds+5 deadlifts (plus 360m run) (PR)
5 rounds @ 115#
Subbed 200m run with 200m row due to my setup in the gym. Used 185# on deadlifts.
5 Rds + everything up to the 200m row
6 rounds + 6 deadlifts (@ 135#) + 1 burpee pull-up. My runs were each 225m each.
Rach & I modified this to our ability – different deadlift weights – 6 rounds.
