WOD 2: 28:16 Rx’d. Killer.
I concentrated on making every rep count, no cheating.
Power snatches were all singles, with plenty rest so I wouldn’t miss a rep.
Scaling this back to 95 would have been a very different workout, and probably better.
After WOD 2 Rx’d, I felt like I had defeated a Titan.

WOD #2 30:50 with 50lbs Wow!!! That was tough. I did the full work out, not silver club. I could not do the thrusters with 50lb, so I did dip drives instead. I finally did the full Power Snatch. Yeah.
Wow—way to go Cathy! If we had done this side by side we would have been matched almost rep for rep. So impressed you stuck with it all the way through.

Burpees were killer. Felt pretty good other than that, even on the double-unders.
WOD 3- 11 rounds Rx’d
WOD 3: 7 rounds + 1 rope climb rx’d
First time doing rope climbs in a WOD!
WOD 2 – 19:26 @55lb. Glad Char and I were able to make it in the time cap- always nice having a partner to struggle through with. I found it difficult to get a rhythm going in the hang clean and jerks, but surprisingly the thrusters were easier.

Sprint turned into jog pretty quick. But enjoyed getting the blood flowing on a nice British morning 🙂

Pretty tough for me. Burpees are my nemesis, but I pushed through. I also did 10 sit ups each time between the burpees.
Challenge WOD – run 5km. Run 5 min then do 30 pushups and 30 squats.

Way to go! That’s really impressive!
This morning I did Jackie: 1000m row, 50 thrusters (45 lb), 30 pull-ups:

WOD 2:
I did the first round at 75lbs and then dropped the weight to 65lbs to complete 3+6 rounds in 20 mins.
WOD 3 – 5 rounds + 400 m run
The filthy 50 is exactly what it says it is- the filthy 50!

We need to invest in a Salmon Ladder (or make one). If you don’t know what a Salmon Ladder is, YouTube it. 🙂 You will agree with me.
