WOD: 4 rounds + 3 presses; first 2 rounds @ 135, rest @ 115.
This was really ridiculous. Very fatigued after strength element.
Failed one or more lifts on every round.
The running was a quick sprint to try to get back to the bench.
Should have gone lighter because I am one weak, pitiful hombre on the bench.
