This morning I did a version of this WOD:
5 rounds for reps:
1 minute of hang power cleans, 115 lb
1 minute of squats
Cleans: 17-16-14-13-13 = total: 73
Squats: 41-38-41-41-42 = total: 203
Broke the 7minute barrier – 6:55 instead of 7:06 for the mile.
I improved in my row though I can’t recall the time now. I think it was around 56.
The hang cleans with Jen were a great partner work out – the little run was a nice recovery time for my arms. We worked really well together.
