Strength: Back squat @ 225
Endurance WOD: I ran 2,410 meters combined.
Partner WOD: Jordan Ellis and I did 7 rounds in 9:55.
I think we had about 260 pounds on the bar.
I *really* enjoyed this workout. The partner aspects made it a ton more fun.

Endurance: 2500m
WOD: 7 rounds in 12:09
Endurance: 3 & 1/2 laps around the parking lot.
WOD: Katelynn and I did 7 RFT in 15:51min with 120lbs on the bar.
