I was truly inspired by the effort I saw today.
Well done, men!
Squat – 180 (+50 pounds PR)
Press – 110 (+25 pounds PR)
Dead lift – 295 (+40 pounds PR)
Total – 585 (+115 pounds PR)
115 pound increase in 6 weeks is awesome to see.

Also, I really enjoyed the strength training. It was rewarding to see the improvements over the past 6 weeks!

Squat 3×5: 235-235-240 – backed off a little to make sure I was getting to depth
Press 2×5: 120-120(f5) – didn’t do a 3rd set
Deadlift 1×5: 360 – felt good
Back Squat: 270 lbs
Press: 110 lbs
Deadlift: 290 lbs
Total: 670
I really enjoyed strength training. I feel that I got a lot more stronger during these weeks.
