The WOD today was awesome! I finished at 9:21 using 55lbs for the thrusters.

Currently a love hate relationship with this – love knowing I’ve done something, not liking the uncomfortable/awkward movements made because everything hurts 🙂 Thanks Mr Hilliker!
145lb for the max weight – want to increase by 20 by the end of the year hopefully!
I managed the first 21 Toes to Bar before dropping to knees to elbows. It was slow going, but it was challenging too. My arms were shaking so much afterwards I had trouble typing my password on the keyboard ha!
