Max rep – 115lb. I want to reach 135 hopefully. I like the new jump boxes too. The different heights are really convenient, and you could change the level of difficulty as you needed. No more fear of skinned knees!
Max Rep – 125lb. Legs were really sore!! First time doing back squats so interesting experience! 🙂
My 5-rep max was 145lbs (10lbs more than my previous PR).
