Back squat: 210 — I backed off to concentrate on form.
Bench press: 145 — Second and third sets, I failed (on rep 4 and rep 3), but finished the set.
Deadlift: 330 (f3) — backed the weight off and finished the set.
2-mile run: 12:52.7
According to the military standards, this gives me 100/100 points.
According to our AC standards, though, it only gives me 93/100. 🙂

Squat: 235-235-235 – felt the same as Wednesday. Will try to go up Monday.
Bench Press: 150-150-150 – Hooray! But this was hard.
Deadlift: 345 – did it, but will stay at this weight.
Squat: 225-220-220 Need to go a bit deeper.
