5 seconds rest
Max crunches in 20 seconds
10 seconds rest
Aug. 6 WOD: Three rounds:
5 deadlifts
5 squats
Run width of gym and back
Rest 1 minute
Out-of-class workout:
3 rounds for quality:
5 wall squats
5 deadlifts (use broomstick, sack of potatoes, kettlebell, or whatever you’d like)
I’m loving this work out class. I have allowed myself to fall off the fitness wagon so I appreciate taking it slow in order to get back in shape. I also love seeing all the people who are striving to get back in better shape too. I feel so much better in my mind for now, cause my soar muscles haven’t quite forgave me yet. It’s just the first week so I’m sure there will be more soar muscles but in the end I’ll obtain a much better fit body to make up for those soar muscles.:-) 🙂 🙂 Thanks Mr. Hillicker for taking time out of your busy schedule to help me and the many others who are taking your class.
