Four rounds took me 26:56.
I used 20lb medball, 25lb plate on the bar thrust, 25lb DB on the rotation move, 18lb kettlebell on the back lunge, 30lb DBs on the thrusters, and 1 pood on the U-swings.
I found that pretty rough. But really enjoyable movements.
Way to go women! Good healthy work today!
