I had braced myself for those squat cleans being torture.
They were, but they actually weren’t as bad as I had psyched myself up for.
So that was a good strategy.
Finished round 1 around 9 minutes. I think round 2 was ~12 min, round 3 ~13.

I will agree that the squat cleans were the hardest part of this workout
These are approx times – Round 1: 9:45, round 2: 13, round 3: 16.
I did a scaled badger. That was a pretty good work out.
I originally thought “weasel” would be a breeze compared to “badger.” It turned out to be a lot more difficult than I thought. Good challenging workout!
Weasel was a great workout! Around 35 minutes.
