With my ankle still hurting I was limited with what I could do, but the work-out ended up being a 15 min AMRAP of 7 knees-to-elbows, 7 dips, lunges down length of basketball court, and bear crawl on the way back. Probably could have been a little more tired. Perhaps that’s why we don’t get to make up our work-outs all the time. 😉
I did this with Lauren. We did 3RF of 400m run, then a 5-10-15 of knees to elbows, dips and russian twists. The dips were difficult to do after the knees to elbows. I think it took about 12 minutes. I liked having make up your own opportunity yay!
5 rounds of 5 45 lb clean and jerks, 10 push-ups, 15 sit ups.
4 rounds of 5 chest to bars, 400m run, and 10 back squats @155lbs.
I did this one with Nathan – it was good but felt it the next day
15 min AMRAP 50-40-30-20-10 (Box jump, kettlebell, pushup, double unders, handstand pushup.)
4 rounds 5 pull ups, 400m run, and 10 155 lb. back squats

10 minute AMRAP of 5 push ups, 10 pull ups (banded), 15 squats. Did about five rounds. It was fun to be able to come up with something. 🙂
