2.8 miles, cross-country trail.
This is the first of many interval training workouts I’d like to do this month.
Good stuff
2.5 miles, it was pretty rough. The resting times helped a lot though.
I ran 2 miles. Ugh!
I somewhat power walked or stretched during the rest periods. I thought it might be more beneficial. Have to get more mileage going on. Soon, Mr. H =)
1.6 miles, gotta get my speed up 🙂
2.5 miles, park trail.
No way! Victorious!!!! Good to see you on here! Hope your knee didn’t trouble you too much. I look forward to keeping up with you through this… Just like Jeru!
Thanks! Knee is doing better since I’ve been mobilizing my business and stretching my issues with MobilityWOD. Feels good to be back in a Crossfit routine. Will do the WODs I can do. Maybe we can lobby for a broomstick mile … just like Jeru!
Ran around campus, according to phone gps I ran 2.54 miles. I enjoyed this one.
Did this Friday before Sunset 2.3mi/3.7km. Really enjoyed it.
2.7 miles. I could literally see Mr. Hilliker in front of me for the last mile. I think the last interval was my fastest – 1.2 miles, just starting to get my rhythm. But I guess the point of interval training is not to find that rhythm. I don’t know… nevertheless, it was fun!
2.8 miles again.
2.68 miles. My goal was 2.7; maybe next time.
The runs felt easy; I think with a couple more interval running WODs, I may have more confidence to run the marathon this Sunday, sans training.
