@ RXd 5+3 back squats
Is it possible to be sore 30 minutes after the workout? 🙂
8 rounds + 6 pullups, as rx’d (115#, 1 pood)
I meant 8 rounds and 6 BACK SQUATS. 🙂
3 Rounds rx’d 115#, 1 pood
This was harder than I thought it would be. I tried butterfly pullups which slowed me down after the first round because I tore, but trying to get them kept me going…
5 Rounds plus the backsquats, pull ups and 4 kbswings.
First time doing back squats ever so that was at 135lbs.
Time seemed to go quicker on this AMRAP.
4 rounds plus back squats and 5 pull-ups (95lbs; 1 pood)
The pull-ups killed me. I did it with a band for the first round and a half, but couldn’t pull up any more, and even that first round the last four were one at a time. 😛 Dan had me go to jumping pull-ups. Something to work on.
Rx’d (185lbs., 1.5 pood) 5 rounds + 6 Back squats
The back squats were by far the worst part of this.
7 rounds
4 Rounds (65 lbs, 1 pood). The pull-ups are coming along, Mr. H!
7 Rounds + 6 Back Squats
