Power clean (95 lb) and burpee: 7+8 = 15
Kettlebell snatch (6) + burpees (6) = 12
Kettle bell swing (5) (me thinks, kind of lost count) + burpees (5) = 10. I think that burpees are getting easier now because they didn’t seem to tire me out that much.

Power clean (45lb) + k2e on floor: 8 + 8 = 16.
First time back in a month. 😛 I intended to go light on the weight since it was my first day back, but not that light! It wasn’t until I broke it down that I realized it was only 45lb—thought I was at 55lb.
I did the clean but I have trouble with form it seems so I didn’t count reps properly. Burpees (6) I think. 58.8 for the row, 24 – 100m row.
An enjoyable workout! I was pumped up with energy.
