13 + 1 rep, 1 ab mat for HSPU, half jumping muscle ups-and half of them were chicken winged…my right arm seems to have the movement down, but my left one is a little slow to follow. 🙂
Thanks! We are enjoying keeping active! We run/walk to a box in Jerusalem about 5k from our apartment once or twice a week to get our weight in. We just do the body weight workouts at home.

Rx’d for the kettlebells is 2 pood. I used two 1-pood bells, Russian-style swings.

It got tough–especially the hspus–but I never felt like I couldn’t do work, with short bits of rest.
