I like this workout the best out of all the power workouts!

This is the best power workout in my opinion too! It felt like a really balanced workout… all of my muscles were equally burning. ๐
This is probably my favourite also! I really liked the ab focused ones, the ones with the med ball at the end make my belly feel like it was on fire ha!
I prefer this one the most because it is well balanced. This one balanced out the previous power workout which dealt with too much leg workout and focused quite a bit on the arms, but it was great. Really makes you sweat ๐
I concur with Kaitlin. I felt that this one was working everything as opposed to the last one, which kinda made my legs die a little each week.
I think that I’m with everyone else here. I really enjoyed this one the most so far and it was fun to rotate between the stations with your group ๐
Love the fact that you only have to do each exercise for a minute, though I’m suspecting that that time will increase in the future. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this work-out because of the group factor. Doing the same exercise with a handful of girls and then looking on at girls doing other exercises at the same time builds a sense of camaraderie, I think. The variety was great… may need to get some grippier shoes though.. ๐
This one was by far my favorite! The exercises were doable, but not mundane and I liked doing everything for a minute each.
Certainly entertaining–I like variety. ๐ It’s not that great a workout for me, though, since a lot of exercises put a lot of pressure on my shoulders. I didn’t feel like I was getting the full workout because my shoulders kept giving way, stopping me from performing the exercises properly without actually making the rest of my body work hard. It was a little easier the second time, but I still prefer the earlier power workouts.
Best one yet. I liked the movement and the ability to pace yourself. It was also fun to work in groups of four – the team helped push each other along as we went.
I really liked this work out, but the second time I did it was a lot better than the first time. I especially loved the music the second time we did it. It was so epic and it made me want to work harder. heheh…
