I did Diane – this workout was fun. I had to do a progression for the hand stand push ups. The dead lifts were at 205lbs.
I did Dianne yesterday in class – it’s a fun workout. I scaled down the deadlift but completed the handstand pushups. It took 7:45 to complete.

Helen workout is a good #8 Attack speech subject if you can’t do KIP pull-ups. RX’d with the red cheater band @ 14:42. —> WOOHOO!!

Diane. It was tough! I did 205 with dead-lift and tried my best to muster out all of the handstand push ups.
It took me 14:05.
Scaled down the deadlift and it still took me 12:27 to finish. If I ever have a baby girl I will never name her Diane just because of this workout.
I did Diane as well. Deadlifts were rx’d. but the real killer was those handstand pushups, had to modifiy them to on a bench to keep going…looks like me shoulders need some strengthenin

I think the run is quite an oddball to throw in, but you can feel even just the stress of the weight of your arms when running. Ouchie.
