So are we to go and find 1 RM?

My recommendation would be to do it after a little more rest since yesterday you found 3RM on two of the lifts.
Thanks for postin those. However,.. I was in the gym so didn’t read them.
I used the IPF rules we used back at my old school (they are the same thing except we do bench press instead of shoulder press). I posted my totals for all of them in a separate post. I only did 3 lifts per exercise as my old rules say.

Press: 125 – frustrating … this felt great and I couldn’t do 130.
Deadlift: 355
