For total reps …
For three minutes, do 30 seconds of first exercise, then 30 seconds of the second, back and forth.
Rest 30 seconds, then do the same with the next pair of exercises.
Rest 30 seconds, then do the third pair of exercises.
Keep a single running tally of your rep total.
Entire workout is exactly 10 minutes. Go in any order, as long as the exercises are paired this way:
1) Pull-ups — kettlebell swings
2) Dips — jumping alternating lunges (L+R = 1 rep)
3) Thrusters, 75/45lb — push-ups
Score is total number of reps completed.

That was not so fun on the arm muscles, by the end the pull-ups were just me hanging there. Feel the burn.
This little workout was tiresome but not too shabby.
I liked this work-out because the activity times were so short, but there was way too much arm work for one work-out.

Was able to squeeze out 115 reps this one hurt the old body..
Unfortunately, I lost count somewhere around the dips when my arm muscles started protesting. I like the format at lot! – once I can do the skills more proficiently this will be an awesome workout!

235 reps. Did this one with the Big Tent class yesterday. The pushups after thrusters and dips were abysmal
I lost count pretty quickly. Great workout but I’m glad it was a quick one! Way to go everyone 🙂
I was able to squeeze out 214 reps. This was a nice solid workout.

I feel this on I’m my glutes as well as the low neck/upper back. Not sure if that’s natural
I started off on dips for my first round, by the time I got halfway to the pushups and thrusters in the next round, I couldn’t feel my arms. Third round pullups were nonexistent.
What a solid arm work out! I liked how you weren’t stuck on one movement for too long and got to change it up. Struggled with keeping count though.
This was a hard workout, especially on the arms. But I went hard!!! And it killed…
This one was a doozy. XD Yeah, I couldn’t feel my arms afterwards, either. Heheheh.. I like upper body workouts.
Wow I forgot how tough dips are – especially trying to do push ups afterwards haha.
