Partner WOD:
3 or 4 rounds for time:
With only one partner working at a time (rep counts are combined reps for the team) …
16 knees-to-elbows (sub medball crunches and double the reps)
12 power clean plus two front squats (sub medball cleans and double the reps)
8 wall climbs (sub handstand push-up progression and double the reps)
Then, 80m of one partner bear crawl while the other walks with a plate overhead (45/25), switch as needed
Lacking a partner, I did three rounds of:
16 knees-to-elbows
8 squat clean, then front squat, 95 lb
6 wall climbs
80m of bear crawl
This took me 20:38.
That was tough! The combo of wall climbs and bear crawl was potent.
The bear crawls were the hardest for me! I would rather hold the plate – Thankfully Kaitlin was my partner and she was much better at them and she helped me 🙂
The wall climbs are fun, but hard to do for time. Going to keep working on the knees to elbows though!
