I had mapped out a plan to finish in 40 minutes.
I was on track until the thrusters—then everything fell apart.
The thrusters, wallballs and burpees were absolutely killer.
I also found the knees-to-elbows challenging.
I did the 20 reps in 11:17. The burpees at the end killed me.
The 20 – 15:46, I think. Phew!!
