I could tell I was in trouble after just a couple rounds of the pull-ups.
Pull-ups: 12-12-12-12-11-9-9-8 = 85
Push-ups: 10-10-10-10-8-8-7-8 = 71
Sit-ups: 15-15-14-15-14-14-13-13 = 113
Squats: 20-20-19-20-20-19-19-20 = 157
