I did the second version–at David Weeks’ recommendation.
Wow, I really underestimated this one.
It was a major shoulder burner!
By the time I got to the HSPUs, I couldn’t do a single rep. Had to get the AbMat out for it.
Finished round 1 in 8:45.
Finished round 2 at 20:38.
I did the first version finishing at 16: something. It was rough!
