Dude!
I finished two rounds in 23:02 and ran out of time.
I was getting better at the Turkish get-ups as I went. I just don’t do that movement ever.
It took me something 12:30 to 13 minutes to finish the first round; my second round was faster. (I did start finishing the get-ups at the top, rather than sitting back down.)
But how anybody could finish three rounds in 20 minutes is beyond me!
I didn’t feel like I was wasting time. I was pretty much moving throughout.
I must be one slow hombre.
Okay, I’m officially an idiot.
I was doing 10 reps each arm each round.
That explains a lot.
So I did a total of 40 get-ups in two rounds; the WOD calls for 30 in three rounds.
I want to do this WOD again.
At least you got a lot of Turkish get-up practice in
