10:53 with red band on pull-ups
12:05 with green band pull ups
15:41 with black and red bands.
I had just completed 5 rounds when Em finished. That means the last two rounds took 5 more minutes!!! Shoulders were wiped out.
I don’t want to do this one again. But I will.
