15 lunges (w/ kettlebell)
10 kettlebell snatch (alternating 5 on each arm)

5:38 w/ 1.5 pood kettlebell This was a fun wod. Really had to concentrate on the left handed kettlebell snatches.
7:38 1 pood for kbs & lunges, 1/2 pood for snatches
8:30 1 pood kbs and lunges; 1/2 pood snatches That was a wheezer for me!
