TM WOD: Deadlifts, Push-ups
15 RFT:
10 deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
10 pushups
Tonight I did “Grace” = 30 clean and jerks of 135 lbs.
4:21 Rx’d. This was a PR for me by 49 seconds.
On BtW, the average Crossfitter male does this workout in 4:00.
I don’t usually do well on the more strength-based workouts.
So I’ve actually gotten to where I’m ALMOST average! I’ll take that! 🙂
I did a modified TM workout @95lb. Time was 12.37

12:50 on the BA workout. Excitingly, I think I may have figured out broad jumps!
On Friday Mr. Burns gave us some time to work out, so I came up with my own: 3 RFT, each round consisting of 20 Russian twists, 20 squats and 20 sit ups. I also rowed 400m, but I couldn’t time it because the machine decided to be weird.
