It’s so crazy. When I look at this on paper, it just doesn’t seem that hard.
But the wallballs and burpees as 8th and 9th movements are just killers.
Every time I threw myself to the ground for a burpee I felt like taking a nap.
Way to go Mr. Hilliker. Filthy Fifty is a beast of a workout.
I did it! I did my first Tough Mud! Wow! This was amazing! It took me forever, but I will get better! It took me 45 mins. I can’t wait for the next Tough Mud challenge!

It has been so long since I did a long workout like this. I was lying on the floor at 23:00 after doing 7 burpees, totally destroyed, and thinking it would take me about 10 more minutes to complete 43 more burpees. I decided to cut my losses.
